Check out the information below for details on your delivery times. For Victorian addresses, you will receive a reminder via text message the day before your chosen date of delivery.

Delivery Windows:

Available delivery windows will depend on your area and day of delivery.  You will be able to select the day and time slot when in the checkout when you are placing your order.
The times below are a guide & will vary depending on your area & selected delivery day. For accurate options please refer to the checkout.

Victorian Metro, NSW & ACT – 12am to 7am or  8am to 6pm
VIC Regional - 6am to 6pm
WA – 9am to 6pm
Business Addresses - 9am to 5pm

NOTE: Dineamic is unable to accommodate requests for specific delivery times.

Your Dineamic food will be delivered frozen - so please ensure you pick a delivery day that fits with your schedule. If you will not be home, make sure you leave a cooler bag or esky that can fit our delivery box.

Our delivery team will place your box in the cooler bag or esky for you as long as it fits, or in a safe place if you don't provide one, but all Dineamic food should be placed in your freezer or fridge as soon as you can.

Our delivery box dimensions are: 39cm (L) x 29cm (W) x 15cm (H)
If you have placed a large order, it will be delivered in multiple boxes.

A few things to remember:
  • Deliveries must be to the front of the property and cannot be dropped at the back or side of a property or into garages or similar. This is for the safety of our drivers and the security of your property. 
  • If the box does not fit in your esky or cooler bag, it will be left somewhere that is deemed safe. Drivers are not permitted to open or unpack the box.
  • Our drivers deliver in accordance with our terms and conditions and will leave your order at the door if no one is home. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery day you select fits with your schedule.
  • In the instance that it is not safe to make delivery and we cannot get in contact with you, then no delivery will be made and a re-delivery fee may apply.
