Grass Fed Beef Stroganoff
Originally a Russian dish, Beef Stroganoff is now a real family favourite right around the world. While staying true to the classic recipe we've given ours the patented Dineamic touch, using prime, grass fed and pasture raised, lean beef as well as lite sour cream. This hearty dish is great served alongside some al dente pasta, steamed potatoes or a green salad and vinaigrette to cut through the richness.
