Lamb Kofta with Chickpea Smash & Pickled Vegetables
These spice-filled and seriously tender lamb koftas will transport you to the Middle East at meal time. Created by Chef Oswald using ginger and lemon aromatics and served with a chickpea smash (a modern take on hummus) and vibrant pickled veg for a crisp finish.
Microwave: Remove cardboard sleeve. Peel Back corner of film, heat for 2 minutes on medium-high or until heated through. After heating please be careful as contents will be hot. Storage Instructions: Store below -18°C. Once defrosted, refrigerate below 4°C, consume within 7 days.
