HeyDay provides Support at Home (SaH) participants with chef-prepared, dietitian-designed ready meals delivered straight to your door, so you can enjoy nourishing, flavoursome food without the effort of shopping, chopping or cooking from scratch.

We proudly support approved Support at Home providers and their clients with a simple split-payment arrangement designed to minimise out-of-pocket costs and remove administrative stress.

We coordinate everything directly with your provider to make the process simple and seamless.

Support at Home FAQs

Yes — many customers can use their Support at Home funding to help cover the cost of HeyDay meals.

Depending on your funding arrangement, part of your order may be covered by your Support at Home package, with a participant contribution paid by you at checkout.

Our team can also work directly with your provider to organise the funded portion of your meals.

To get started, simply complete our online form or give our friendly team a call and we’ll guide you through the process.

We offer a range of low gluten and no added dairy meals, but cannot customise meals for specific allergens or intolerances.

Our meals are prepared in facilities that handle wheat, gluten, milk, egg, fish, crustacean, mollusc, sesame, soy, peanut, tree nuts and sulphites. While we follow strict allergen management practices, we cannot guarantee products are allergen-free and trace amounts may be present.

All allergen declarations are provided on product packaging in accordance with the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code.

If you have a severe allergy or intolerance, please carefully review product labels and consider whether our meals are suitable for you. For specific questions, contact us at team@dineamic.com.au.

Referring a client to HeyDay is simple. You can download our Client Details Form here, complete it with your client’s information, and then return the form to us at team@dineamic.com.au.

Once we receive the form, we’ll take care of the next steps and coordinate the first order directly with your client. If you have any questions along the way, our team is happy to help.
