Service Agreement

Complete and sign your Dineamic Service Agreement


We receive approval from the NDIA, or reach out to your plan manager for confirmation for you to start ordering from our selection of healthy meals.


We create an account for you and send you instructions to place your first order.

Quote Checklist

Please include the following details in your quote request and send to team@dineamic.com.au:

- Participant’s name
- NDIS number
- Date of birth
- Plan dates
- How are you managed (Plan or NDIS)
- Delivery address
- Number of meals, snacks or drinks per week/fortnight
- Line item number (01_022_0120_1_1 or 01_023_0120_1_1)

Please be aware that approval via the NDIA can take some time – but we’re here to assist you with every step along the way.

How to Order
You can order online with Dineamic on the website or over the phone. We accept credit or debit cards as payment options. If you order online, you can use PayPal, ZipPay, or AfterPay.

Payments (Plan/Agency Managed/HCP)
When ordering your NDIS meals, you’ll be required to pay a 25% co-payment for the meals only (30% with HCP). The remaining cost, as well as any associated delivery costs are covered under your NDIS or HCP funding, and we’ll take care of the admin.

Payments (Self Managed)
When ordering your meals, you’ll be required to pay the full amount upfront. We will then provide you with an NDIS-friendly invoice within 5 working days. You can use this invoice to claim 75% back yourself.

Dineamic Home Care Package (HCP)

Dineamic offers HCP Participants healthy, nutritious and affordable meals, delivered fresh to their door. Our seasonal menu offers variety and options to suit most dietary of lifestyle groups.

Dineamic is proud to support approved Home Care Package Providers and their clients with an easy split payment method minimising out of pocket costs for HCP Participants.

70% paid by the HCP Provider
30% co-payment paid by the HCP Participant

Contact their HCP Provider and request Dineamic as their meal delivery partner/supplier. Alternatively feel free to contact us at Dineamic on 03 8669 0587 or team@dineamic.com.au and we’ll happily liaise with your Home Care Package Provider on your behalf.

HCP Providers
Contact us on 03 8669 0587 or team@dineamic.com.au and we’ll arrange for our HCP Partnerships Manager to contact you to establish an account and supplier agreement.

How much does it cost?

The NDIS will subsidise 75% of the total meal cost - so you'll only need to pay 25% of the total amount.
For most NDIS customers, we'll set you up with a unique discount code that you can use to order with us - you'll only need to pay your co-payment (25%) and we'll take care of the rest by invoicing your plan manager or the NDIS.

How do you price your ingredients for NDIS participants?

NDIS participants are required to pay a 25% copayment for ingredients. The remaining 75% is funded by the NDIA.

I'm an NDIS participant - how can I find out if Dineamic is right for me?

The Dineamic team creates nutritionist-designed, chef-made healthy meals that are inspired by our customers and their communities, and we're here to keep working with people to provide them with what they need.

Can I try Dineamic meals for a week at first?

Absolutely! We are not subscription-based so feel free to try us for a one-off order. Your Co-payments will still need to be made. Just let us know how your 75% funds are managed, and we can bill accordingly. We think you'll love us so much you will order again!

Can I choose my own meals?

Yes! We’re making NDIS meal preparation and delivery easy, you can select from our huge range of seasonal meals online. We don't believe in restrictive meal plans so you'll have total flexibility to choose every meal. PLUS we specialise in meeting most dietary requirements so there's something for everyone. Choose your meals each time you order or simply repeat your order if you've found your favourites.

Am I eligible for home delivery?

To be eligible for home delivered meals, your NDIS plan needs to include 'Daily Activities' in your Core Supports, or have a stated line item for 'the preparation and delivery of meals'. If you're still not sure, get in touch with your support coordinator or plan manager.
