Delivery FAQS

How is the food delivered?

Our meals are delivered chilled, via refrigerated transport.

Your meals will be packed into an insulated cardboard box with a cooling gel pack. This is then delivered via refrigerated transport to your door.

You'll receive a text upon delivery. Our drivers will endeavour to leave your order in a safe location out of direct sunlight where possible - please ensure to bring your order inside and put your meals in the fridge once delivered.

How much is shipping?

Delivery is free for all orders over $115. For orders under $115, a flat delivery rate of $15 applies.

Does your food come frozen?

Nope - our food arrives to you freshly prepared by the kitchen. Your delivery will be sent to your door in a refrigerated truck, so it doesn’t need to be frozen – it’ll be ready for you to heat up as soon as you’re ready.

If you don’t plan on eating your meals by the use-by date, you can absolutely freeze them. When you're ready to eat, we advise reheating the meal from frozen instead of defrosting or thawing your meal out first. It'll take about 5-6 minutes in the microwave.

Missing delivery?

If there are missing items from your delivery, you must contact us on (03) 8669 0587 9am to 5pm (AEST/AEDT) within 24 hours of the delivery time and we will take steps to verify and confirm any such missing items. Please see our T&C's for further information.

Meet Our New Vegetarian Meals!

Our talented chefs have created six NEW globally inspired vegetarian meals, packed with flavour and plant power! Whether you are vegan, vegetarian, flexitarian, or a meat lover, you will love these feel-good meals. Designed to suit multiple lifestyles and dietaries, we’ve got something for everyone. 

And with winter just around the corner, these cosy meals—full of vitamins and minerals—are just what you need to boost your immune system.  

Did you know that vegetables are a super source of iron? Dark leafy greens like spinach, kale, and cooked broccoli are rich in iron! We have incorporated these into our delicious new meals to help boost your iron levels and increase energy. 

When you think of protein, red meat or chicken may come to mind. However, vegetables and legumes also pack a protein punch! Cooked lentils contain an impressive 17.86 grams of protein per cup, helping you maintain muscle mass and allowing your body to thrive. Need more plant-based protein in your diet? Like all our meals, we’ve created these new meals using fresh seasonal ingredients from local farms with no added preservatives. Vegetarian food is also more sustainable than most animal products, helping to save water and protect farmland. So, these meals are better for you and the planet!

Creamy Pesto Pumpkin Gnocchi with Broccoli   

A heavenly combination of cream and pesto that’s made in-house by our chefs, with fresh basil, spinach, parmesan, and garlic! This thick decadent sauce is served on top of a bed of pillow-like pumpkin gnocchi and steamed broccoli . 

Spinach & Ricotta Cannelloni with Napoli Sauce  

An old school classic and a favourite at your local Italian, but this dish is always ready to serve in the comfort of your own home! Fresh pasta sheets, piped with a smooth ricotta and spinach mix. Steamed to perfection, then topped with our homemade Napoli sauce!  

Miso Tofu Noodles with Edamame 

A Japanese fusion inspired stir fry, packed with eggplant, tomato, mushrooms, and Tofu for a protein hit! Featuring a bold yet balanced flavour with miso paste and served alongside textural noodles and edamame beans, this is an instant classic! 

Mushroom Do Pyaza Curry with Turmeric Rice 

This one’s special to us, as this curry was created from our 2021 Harmony Day! Prakesh our quality assurance teammate brought his childhood fave to our shared lunch! 

A traditional Indian creamy curry with mushrooms and onions as the star of the dish. Crafted with cumin, cardamom, cloves, garam masala, and fenugreek to create layers of authentic Indian flavours. This is served with a side of turmeric rice, that carries the rich delicious sauce and will leave you wanting more! - it certainly caught our attention.  

 

Falafels with Garlic Yoghurt & Tabbouleh

NEW AND IMPROVED RECIPE: These falafels are blended with sweet potato & carrot to keep these flexitarian-foodie-favorites moist and never dry.  Served on a bed of summery tabbouleh, a grain salad made from fine bulgur wheat, capsicum, kale, parsley, garlic, and lemon juice then finished off with a dollop of garlic yogurt. 

Sweet Potato & Red Lentil Curry with Basmati Rice  

A mild spiced but full-bodied yellow curry with sweet potatoes, red lentils, cauliflower, peas, and aromatic garlic and lime for a fragrant finish! This is thoughtfully served on a bed of fluffy Basmati Rice to soak up all that delicious flavour.
