An old school classic and a favourite at your local Italian, but this dish is always ready to serve in the comfort of your own home! Fresh pasta sheets, piped with a smooth ricotta and spinach mix. Steamed to perfection, then topped with our homemade Napoli sauce!
Miso Tofu Noodles with Edamame
A Japanese fusion inspired stir fry, packed with eggplant, tomato, mushrooms, and Tofu for a protein hit! Featuring a bold yet balanced flavour with miso paste and served alongside textural noodles and edamame beans, this is an instant classic!
Mushroom Do Pyaza Curry with Turmeric Rice
This one’s special to us, as this curry was created from our 2021 Harmony Day! Prakesh our quality assurance teammate brought his childhood fave to our shared lunch!
A traditional Indian creamy curry with mushrooms and onions as the star of the dish. Crafted with cumin, cardamom, cloves, garam masala, and fenugreek to create layers of authentic Indian flavours. This is served with a side of turmeric rice, that carries the rich delicious sauce and will leave you wanting more! - it certainly caught our attention.
Falafels with Garlic Yoghurt & Tabbouleh
NEW AND IMPROVED RECIPE: These falafels are blended with sweet potato & carrot to keep these flexitarian-foodie-favorites moist and never dry. Served on a bed of summery tabbouleh, a grain salad made from fine bulgur wheat, capsicum, kale, parsley, garlic, and lemon juice then finished off with a dollop of garlic yogurt.
Sweet Potato & Red Lentil Curry with Basmati Rice
A mild spiced but full-bodied yellow curry with sweet potatoes, red lentils, cauliflower, peas, and aromatic garlic and lime for a fragrant finish! This is thoughtfully served on a bed of fluffy Basmati Rice to soak up all that delicious flavour.
