Spring has finally sprung & we’re hoping that it’ll start to defrost us asap. But in the meantime, we’re thinking about fresh flavour and upping the veggies to help us emerge from our winter hibernation glowing, healthy and ready to get more active with the sunny weather.
With that in mind, we’ve got three brilliant new meals for you to try. Our chefs have been working with our beautiful fresh produce, free range chicken & grass fed beef to give you flavourful and balanced meals ready to kick start your summer bod.
One that we know both our vegan and meat-eating customers will love, this creamy curry is full of chunky sweet potato, tender chickpeas and spinach. Served with brown rice for low G.I. energy and 1.7 serves of wholegrain goodness just one meal contains 2.7 serves of veggies.
Our Chefs use fresh Aussie vegetables in all of our meals which mean that we start with the best & build from there. By making great ingredients the hero, you know that flavour will always follow. That’s why they’re cheat meals without the cheat.

Including our Grass Fed Beef Bolognese which you know so well, we’ve pared our meaty ragout with incredible pasta from Italy and have boosted the good and good for you vibe by adding tender broccoli for extra bite and a bonus vegetable boost.
Our beautiful grass fed beef is sourced from the team at Gippsland Natural who focus not only on producing beef that is ethically reared and high quality, but are also the first carbon neutral beef farming cooperative in Australia (double win in our books!)

DID YOU KNOW…
Broccoli is a bit of a powerhouse veggie, and not just the florets either! It’s full of antioxidant properties that have been shown to fight free radicals & decrease inflammation, and also contains a high amount of Vitamin K which is great for bone strength.
Our tip? Don’t toss the stalks. Not only are they a versatile part of the vegetable, but broccoli stalks are also packed with calcium, Vitamin C, folate & fibre. So by eating the stalks you’ll be getting a nutrition boost & more bang for your buck, all while creating less food wastage! Good for you & good for the environment.
