Delivery FAQS

How is the food delivered?

Our meals are delivered chilled, via refrigerated transport.

Your meals will be packed into an insulated cardboard box with a cooling gel pack. This is then delivered via refrigerated transport to your door.

You'll receive a text upon delivery. Our drivers will endeavour to leave your order in a safe location out of direct sunlight where possible - please ensure to bring your order inside and put your meals in the fridge once delivered.

How much is shipping?

Delivery is free for all orders over $115. For orders under $115, a flat delivery rate of $15 applies.

Does your food come frozen?

Nope - our food arrives to you freshly prepared by the kitchen. Your delivery will be sent to your door in a refrigerated truck, so it doesn’t need to be frozen – it’ll be ready for you to heat up as soon as you’re ready.

If you don’t plan on eating your meals by the use-by date, you can absolutely freeze them. When you're ready to eat, we advise reheating the meal from frozen instead of defrosting or thawing your meal out first. It'll take about 5-6 minutes in the microwave.

Missing delivery?

If there are missing items from your delivery, you must contact us on (03) 8669 0587 9am to 5pm (AEST/AEDT) within 24 hours of the delivery time and we will take steps to verify and confirm any such missing items. Please see our T&C's for further information.

Fresh New Dineamic Meals for Spring

 

Spring has finally sprung & we’re hoping that it’ll start to defrost us asap. But in the meantime, we’re thinking about fresh flavour and upping the veggies to help us emerge from our winter hibernation glowing, healthy and ready to get more active with the sunny weather.

With that in mind, we’ve got seven brilliant new meals for you to try. Our chefs have been working with our beautiful fresh produce, free range chicken & grass fed beef to give you flavourful and balanced meals ready to kick start your summer bod.

Red Pesto Chicken Fillet with Vegetable Couscous
Bringing the Mediterranean to you! Free-range chicken breast marinated in our house-made red pesto then baked to perfection. Served alongside classic Mediterranean vegetables, like eggplant, zucchini, garlic and capsicum, and mixed with pearl couscous, red wine vinegar and olive oil! This dish tastes like a carefree summer!  

Lamb Souvlaki with Roast Potato, Olives & Capsicum
You can’t go past lamb souvlaki... And without the grease and the late night, this souvlaki is low calorie, nutritious, and guilt free! Tender grassfed lamb strips marinated in lemon juice, mixed herbs and spices give it that classic Greek flavour you know and love. Paired with roasted chat potatoes, zucchini, capsicum, olives, and capers, all dressed in a red wine vinaigrette, each mouthful is packed with flavour!

Falafels with Garlic Yoghurt & Tabbouleh
Plant based power houses! Our falafels are blended with sweet potato & carrot to keep these flexitarian-foodie-favourites moist and never dry. Served on a bed of summery tabbouleh, a grain salad made from fine bulgur wheat, capsicum, kale, parsley, garlic, and lemon juice then finished off with a dollop of garlic yogurt. The perfect spring-summer dish.

Creamy Lemon Chicken with Broccoli & Pasta
When life gives you lemons... A dish that brings back classic cookbooks and potluck dinners, well, we’re winding it back! Free-range chicken breast with cream, capers, garlic, parmesan, and lemon — a perfect indulgent combination! Served on top of al dente casarecce pasta and tender broccoli. Mix this dish through, to soak up the opulent sauce.

Malaysian Coconut Chicken with Basmati Rice & Broccoli
Fragrant finesse! A blend of Malay, Indian, and Chinese cuisines. Made with free-range chicken pieces, slow-braised with lemon grass, shallots, shrimp paste, kaffir lime, chilli, ginger, and coconut—very mouthful will be full of fragrance and flavour. To soak up this lightly spiced curry, we’ve paired it with steamed broccoli and fluffy basmati rice.

Mexican 5 Bean Chilli with Brown Rice & Green Beans
Plant Based Fiesta! This chilli is a party of five, with butter beans, chickpeas, cannellini, borlotti and kidney beans! While jalapenos, chilli, garlic, paprika, cinnamon, cumin and dried oregano bring some zesty life to the party. This delicious tomato-based chilli is paired with perfectly cooked brown rice and green beans for a fresh finish!

Beef Meatballs in Napoli Sauce with Broccoli & Pasta
Spring, with a chance of meatballs! A hearty Italian classic that that hits the spot. Grassfed lean beef meatballs with carrot and Italian herbs like oregano and parsley, all topped with our Napoli sauce! To complement the classic combo of meatballs and sauce, this sits on a bed of al dente spiral pasta mixed with tender broccoli for extra bite and a bonus vegetable boost.

We assure you, these will not disappoint!
