Kobe's Gingerbread Smoothie

healthy smoothie recipe that will get you into the Christmas spirit
serves 1 person

 

Ingredients

1 banana, frozen to make extra creamy
3 tbsp protein powder of choice (flavourless or vanilla is ideal)
1 cup milk of choice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp ground ginger (or 1cm fresh minced ginger- yum!)
1/2 tsp cardamom
1 tbsp chia seeds

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients together until combined and is a nice smooth consistency

  2. Pour into a glass and dust with cinnamon. Crank up your fave Christmas tune and enjoy!
