Delivery FAQS

How is the food delivered?

Our meals are delivered chilled, via refrigerated transport.

Your meals will be packed into an insulated cardboard box with a cooling gel pack. This is then delivered via refrigerated transport to your door.

You'll receive a text upon delivery. Our drivers will endeavour to leave your order in a safe location out of direct sunlight where possible - please ensure to bring your order inside and put your meals in the fridge once delivered.

How much is shipping?

Delivery is free for all orders over $115. For orders under $115, a flat delivery rate of $15 applies.

Does your food come frozen?

Nope - our food arrives to you freshly prepared by the kitchen. Your delivery will be sent to your door in a refrigerated truck, so it doesn’t need to be frozen – it’ll be ready for you to heat up as soon as you’re ready.

If you don’t plan on eating your meals by the use-by date, you can absolutely freeze them. When you're ready to eat, we advise reheating the meal from frozen instead of defrosting or thawing your meal out first. It'll take about 5-6 minutes in the microwave.

Missing delivery?

If there are missing items from your delivery, you must contact us on (03) 8669 0587 9am to 5pm (AEST/AEDT) within 24 hours of the delivery time and we will take steps to verify and confirm any such missing items. Please see our T&C's for further information.

Meet Our NEW Meals!

We understand the importance of change, in all aspects of life, especially when it comes to food! So like the leaves changing outside so is our menu! 

As you already know our meals are hand made with love by our talented chefs, who bring a variety of experience and cultural backgrounds to the kitchen! This is where the magic happens, using flavour profiles from their own home cooking and around the world, they have created six new flavour bombs that explode with flavour. Just like when cooking at home, our chefs use fresh local produce with no added preservatives or sugar, meaning our meals are made from ingredients with names, not numbers. 

Like the rest of our menu, these new meals speak to health! Packed with nutrient-dense ingredients, lean meats, at least 2 serves of veggies, and are nutritionist-approved. With this, our meals are lower in calories and can assist with a healthy lifestyle.

Its convenience without compromise. Just great, healthy food that tastes homemade, except all you have to do is heat, eat and enjoy! So please introduce yourself to our six new meals below, we can’t wait to hear what you think! 

Chicken Fajita with Capsicum & Red Onion on Brown RiceMexican and Low Calorie, why not both!  

Free-range chicken strips dry rubbed with cumin, crushed chilli, coriander and lime juice. Roasted to perfection with red onion, crushed garlic and capsicum and served on a bed of fluffy brown rice for a lean, clean finish! 

Tandoori Chicken with Saag AlooTransporting you to the streets of Mumbai. 

Free-range chicken thigh pieces marinated in Greek style yogurt and a decadent Tandoori paste served with a flavour-packed potato saag aloo. Created by our kitchen hand Ajay, our saag aloo is a medley of diced potato, spinach and peas mixed and baked with onion, coriander, garlic, mustard seed, turmeric, cumin and garam masala! YUM!  

Swedish Meatballs with Linguine, Kale & Mushroom Sauce Delivered ready to your door without the instruction manual.   

Comfort food we know and love. Made with a mixture of pork and beef mince, these meatballs are flavoured with garlic, all spice, pepper and parsley for an authentic homemade taste. Oven roasted and served on a bed of al dente linguine and finished with a creamy kale and mushroom sauce. This dish has a hearty winter feel that’s healthy and tastes great! 

Sri Lankan Chicken Curry with Basmati Rice & Green Beans - 12 secret herbs & spices, for full bodied authentic flavour.   

Slow braised free-range chicken cooked in an array of traditional Sri Lankan herbs and spices including cinnamon, lemongrass, turmeric, curry leaf, clove, coriander and cardamom to create an authentic flavour. Combined with onion, pumpkin and cauliflower for a veggie hit and coconut milk to add a delicious creaminess to the dish.  

Chicken Laksa with Rice Noodles All the bold flavours you know and love.  

With a full-bodied laksa paste as the base, this laksa is mixed with coconut milk, and brought to life with free-range chicken pieces, spring onion, garlic, coriander, chili powder and lime! Topped off with nutrient-dense veggies like mushrooms, carrots, capsicum, beans, and bean sprouts - all of which is served on a bed of thick rice noodles.  

Chicken San Choy Bow with Wild Rice & Green Beans - Your fave Chinese entrée as your main

A Chinese delight! This fresh and tasty traditional entree is now ready to be your fave main! Made by sauteing free-range chicken mince in staple Chinese condiments like soy and fish sauce with fresh garlic, spring onion and ginger. Combined with water chestnuts, celery, carrot, and bean sprouts, and served with steamed green beans and wild rice for a healthy, low-calorie twist on a popular Chinese takeaway!
